AI Chatbot Integration
We also integrated an AI-powered chatbot to enhance the department’s digital engagement and service efficiency. The chatbot, named G@man, was custom-built with a unique persona tailored specifically for the department. G@man assists every website visitor in gathering information related to forestry services, permits, eco-tourism sites, and policies. Its responses are designed exclusively to address forestry-related inquiries, ensuring accurate, relevant, and interactive communication. This feature not only improves accessibility but also reinforces the department’s commitment to embracing smart, digital public service solutions.
